\nThe message was also written in flyers, tossed into the streets.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

All citizens must pray five times a day. If it is prayer time and you are caught doing something other, you will be beaten.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

All men will grow their beards. The correct length is at least one clenched fist beneath the chin. If you do not abide by this,\u00a0you will be beaten.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

All boys will wear turbans. All boys will wear Islamic clothes. Shirt collars will be buttoned.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Singing is forbidden.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Dancing is forbidden.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Playing cards, playing chess, gambling and kite flying are forbidden.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Writing books, watching films, and painting pictures are forbidden.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Attention women:<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

You will stay inside your homes at all times. It is not proper for women to wander aimlessly about the streets.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>
\nIf you go outside, you must be accompanied by a mahram<\/em>, a male relative.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>
\nIf you are caught alone on the street, you will be beaten and sent home.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

You will not, under any circumstances, show your face.<\/strong><\/span>
\nYou will cover with burqa when outside.<\/strong><\/span>
\nIf you do not, you will be severely beaten.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Cosmetics are forbidden.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Jewelry is forbidden.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

You will not wear charming clothes.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

You will not speak unless spoken to.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

You will not make eye contact with men.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

You will not laugh in public. If you do, you will be beaten.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

You will not paint your nails. If you do you will loose a finger.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Girls are forbidden from attending schools. All schools for girls will be closed immediately.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Women are forbidden from working.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

If you are found guilty of adultery, you will be stoned to death.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
